Legacy of Life Foundation in Warminster, PA is seeking a Senior Donor Relations Officer to advance major gifts and build lasting donor partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of high-impact donors, craft strategic plans, and collaborate with leadership to secure funding for life-affirming programs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fundraising, proven major-gift success, and strong communication; willingness to engage in evening/weekend events and local travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of major/prospective donors in coordination with leadership.
• Schedule and conduct personal meetings, calls, and events to solicit gifts.
• Develop donor plans to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
• Prepare proposals and donor communications; track next steps in CRM.
• Meet fundraising goals; identify new major-gift prospects.
• Represent the foundation in community settings; travel as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on donor strategy and solicitations.
• Maintain accurate donor records and activity in CRM.

The Senior Donor Relations Officer will manage a portfolio of major donors and prospective donors, develop strategies for strengthening those relationships, and secure significant gifts to support our work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of major donors and prospective donors
• Build strong, long-term relationships through personal meetings, calls, correspondence, tours, and events
• Create and carry out individual plans for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors
• Personally ask for and secure major gifts
• Meet established fundraising and donor activity goals
• Identify and qualify new major-gift prospects
• Build a strong pipeline of donors with the potential for increased engagement and giving
• Prepare donor proposals, correspondence, meeting materials, and stewardship reports
• Keep donor records, contact reports, next steps, and gift opportunities current in the CRM
• Work with organizational leadership on donor meetings, strategies, and solicitations
• Track portfolio progress and provide regular fundraising updates and projections
• Represent Legacy of Life Foundation and its Catholic, pro-life mission professionally in the community
• Participate in occasional evening and weekend donor meetings and events
• Assist with other development activities as needed

Qualifications

• At least five years of fundraising, major-gift, donor-relations, sales, or similar relationship-building experience
• A record of successfully cultivating relationships and securing significant gifts or financial commitments
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect comfortably with a wide range of people
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgment, discretion, accountability, and self-awareness
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
• Ability to manage a donor portfolio, balance multiple priorities, and work toward measurable goals
• Experience working with a donor database or CRM
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Genuine alignment with our pro-life mission and respect for our Catholic identity
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

Position Details

• Compensation commensurate with experience
• Work Location: Warminster, Pennsylvania
• In-person position with local travel for donor visits
• Monday through Friday, 8:55 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Limited evenings and weekends as needed.
