Job summary

Spectra Tech has a great opportunity for a remote Planner/Scheduler/Estimators Level 4 in Los Alamos, NM. The role supports scheduling and cost analysis for Option periods under DOE EVMS-based compliance, guiding Project Management and Project Controls staff.

You will assist CAMs and PMs, develop IMS, and ensure EVMS data integrity and compliance. Strong communication and DOE project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• DOE EM FAR-based Tier 1 contract experience within the past 24 months.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Strong understanding of EVMS requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project controls resource for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support CAMs, PMs, and field project controls staff through data analysis, reporting, ETC development, variance analysis, and risk reviews.
• Assist with project scoping for engineering, construction, remediation, and contractual requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and control IMS with cross-functional integration.
• Monitor resource-loaded schedules to ensure EVMS compliance.
• Evaluate schedule logic, durations, resource loading and critical path for EVMS reporting.
• Prepare and present project cost and schedule performance analyses to senior management.
• Support cost estimating, cost engineering, and cost analysis for execution, bids, and change proposals.
