Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Training and Experimentation SME to support a DoD client on training design, development, experimentation planning and execution, and integration of product support elements. This role uses current DoD best practices including COTS, software pathways, agile development and human-centric design.

Responsibilities include developing curriculum, supporting DEVSECOPS integration, and coordinating events and stakeholder communications while advancing cloud delivery strategies

Qualifications

• Requires a SECRET level clearance.
• 15–20 years of relevant experience in CBRN and/or logistics mission areas.
• Experience training CBRN software systems to warfighters.
• Experience in experimentation of CBRN software systems.
• Working knowledge of logistic and product support elements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/PowerPoint/Word).
• Strong writing, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop training analyses, plans, and designs for the programs.
• Support curriculum development and creation of technical media.
• Integrate product support elements into the DEVSECOPS process and pipeline.
• Contribute to software design drafting and operator manuals documentation.
• Support experimentation and test and evaluation events.
• Schedule, track, and report meetings and briefings.
• Coordinate activities between stakeholders and events.
• Assist in requirements decomposition for program design/engineering.
