Job summary

BryceTech is seeking an Experimentation Analyst to guide DoD experimentation activities evaluating software-based technologies for CWMD missions. Based in Alexandria, VA, the role combines on-site collaboration with remote work and ~10% travel to government sites.

You will coordinate with government and industry partners to ensure capabilities align with doctrine, training, and workforce needs for operational adoption.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting operational use of software/hardware in DoD environments.
• Working knowledge of military operational tactics, procedures, and command structures.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs for operational events.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead experimentation team and its core capabilities.
• Develop and execute annual experimentation strategy with stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and synchronize technology experiments.
• Ensure seamless planning, integration, and execution with leads.
• Develop and implement SOPs to standardize events and processes.
• Represent CSC2 during experiments delivering briefings to officials.
