Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Training and Experimentation SME to support a DoD client on CBRN and Force Protection capabilities. You will help design training, plan experiments, and integrate product support elements into DEVSECOPS processes.

The role requires extensive CBRN software training experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SECRET level security clearance required.
• 15–20 years of experience in supporting CBRN or logistic mission areas.
• Experience training CBRN software systems for warfighters.
• Experience in experimentation of CBRN software systems.
• Working knowledge of logistics and product support elements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong writing, critical thinking, and clear communication.
• Ability to solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD Instruction for Product Support and Acquisition processes to the client’s program.
• Develop and implement training analyses, plans, designs, and activities for the programs.
• Support curriculum development and production of technical media.
• Integrate product support elements into the program’s DEVSECOPS process and pipeline.
• Support software design drafting and review of operator manuals and bulletins.
• Support experimentation and test and evaluation events.
• Schedule, track, and report meetings and briefings.
• Liaise among multiple stakeholders to coordinate meetings and activities.
• Participate in and support event execution.
• Analyze requirements to support program design/engineering activities.
• Advise on cloud delivery strategies for CBRN software systems.
