Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Task Order Program Manager to lead a professional support services contract and serve as the primary interface with Government program authorities on technical and program issues.

You will oversee contract execution across program management, acquisition, contracts, installation/modernization, and cost estimation; brief senior officials; manage staff; and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's with extensive relevant experience.
• DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management or PMP.
• Experience managing DoD professional services contracts of $100M+.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes including DoDD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02, and SECNAVINST 5000.2.
• Experience briefing Flag/SES/Senior level Government officials.
• Proficiency with Navy tools including NERP, IRAPS, and SharePoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong critical thinking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor execution across program management, acquisition, contracts, installation/modernization, and cost estimation.
• Serve as primary interface to the Program Manager and senior program staff.
• Direct efforts of all contractor staff assigned to the task order.
• Coordinate monthly status reporting covering performance, schedule, financial status, and staffing.
• Implement cost saving and cost control initiatives throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Work on high-visibility, mission-critical aspects of the program.
• Perform functional duties independently while supervising less senior staff.
