Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking an Integration Lead to oversee JPES/JCRM interface architecture and integration with DoD systems and data providers from Fort Meade, MD. You will lead external interfaces, coordinate dependencies, and drive API and data-exchange changes across multiple teams.

The role requires 8+ years in software/integration engineering, strong leadership, and DoD integration experience. Citizenship and Secret eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in an engineering discipline; four years of experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• 8+ years software/integration engineering experience.
• API/web-service development and integration.
• Enterprise data-exchange experience.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed-system interfaces.
• Strong technical leadership skills.
• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead external interface and integration architecture.
• Manage interface dependencies and technical coordination.
• Lead API and data-exchange changes.
• Coordinate with external system owners.
• Troubleshoot complex interface and synchronization problems.
• Support interface modernization.
• Lead end-to-end integration testing.
• Coordinate integration impacts with architecture, data, test, and cybersecurity teams.
