Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a senior Systems Engineer to support Navy programs within the Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems. Responsibilities include leading major technical reviews, producing acquisition documentation, and ensuring timely milestones.

A hybrid work setup is acceptable, with primary work from 20 M St SE DC. Required are a STEM Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of DoD systems engineering, plus experience with Navy radar or combat systems design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM is required.
15+ years of DoD systems engineering experience.
Experience with Navy radar, EW, or combat systems design and certification processes.
DoD Secret clearance and ability to maintain it.

Responsibilities

Support a fast-paced Navy program with major technical reviews and acquisition documentation.
Manage program milestones and resources to meet priorities.
Contribute to technical studies and systems engineering documentation.
