Job summary

RBR-Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer III to lead requirements, architecture alignment, and evaluation reporting for DoD programs. The role emphasizes PMP-style project management, scheduling mastery, and PMO collaboration.

The candidate will guide technical exchanges, manage risks, and support lifecycle processes from kickoff to AARs, working mostly on-site at Fort Meade, MD. A TS/SCI with poly is required and a strong engineering background is essential.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years experience as a systems engineer in DoD programs of similar scope.
• 10+ years experience in project management, systems engineering and/or cybersecurity.
• Experience with scheduling tools, including MS Project or Primavera.
• Familiarity with DoDAF and system architecture frameworks.
• Strong leadership and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience with integrated master schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and DoDAF/SOA architecture alignment.
• Lead project team through evaluation report writing and meetings.
• Create, monitor, and manage project schedules.
• Provide PMO leadership insight during report development.
• Develop RFIs with PMO and track responses.
• Support risk identification, mitigation, and After Action Reports.
• Oversee vulnerabilities and mitigations across multiple systems.
