Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking an Engineering, Scientific, Analysis, and Developer Support Specialist to provide technical engineering, scientific analysis, software development, and operational support for DoD programs in Aberdeen, MD. This role supports research, development, testing, and evaluation, applying engineering principles and analytical methods to advance mission capabilities.

The successful candidate will design instrumentation, analyze data, and deliver technical reports to Government

Qualifications

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, analysis, or software development.
Experience supporting DoD programs and government stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering, scientific, technical, analytical, and software development support for complex Government R&D programs.
Apply engineering principles and analytical methodologies to CAD/FEA/CFD modeling and simulation.
Develop software applications and data-driven tools to improve mission effectiveness.
Analyze and interpret data to develop recommendations and evaluate performance.
Design instrumentation and techniques to support experimentation and product development.
Serve as advisor to Government stakeholders in capability development and DOTMLPF-P initiatives.
Maintain knowledge management portals across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS.
Publish and organize technical reports and mission documentation.
Ensure work complies with government policies and security requirements.
