The ideal candidate will have at least 25 years of experience, including 15 years in the Department of Defense, and possess strong communication and security management skills.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, 15 years in DoD.
• 30 years of directly related experience, 20 years in DoD.
• Understanding of counterintelligence threats and trends.
• Familiarity with DoD and Air Force security policies.
• Experience with DISS and SCIF operations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Security Assistant support under the direction of Government Security Managers.
• Support collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security programs.
• Assist with DD Form 254 preparation and security requirements administration.
• Identify, investigate, and report security incidents.
• Conduct security inspections and compliance reviews.
