Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor's with extensive DoD/DoW testing experience.
• Experience drafting test plans, managing test cases and reporting results.
• Ability to document test-related processes and facilitate reviews.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to engineers and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using Atlassian products or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute test events with clear schedules and stakeholder understanding.
• Prepare and execute test plans; conduct TRRs with internal and external teams.
• Define and oversee DT&E, OT&E, and Cyber T&E within the PMO.
• Ensure DT&E/OT&E align with customer mandates and test strategy.
• Provide test-focused recommendations for contracts; enforce test requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system tests as needed.
• Document defects, results, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and program personnel.
• Lead test-related meetings, reviews, and workflows.
• Maintain government-standard documentation and traceability.
• Support QA/T&E methodology improvements.
