Job summary

AgileEdge Defense LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager III to lead USAF modernization initiatives under the EPASS framework. The role requires seasoned DoD program management, acquisition support, and strategic advisory capabilities to coordinate cross-functional teams including government leadership, engineers, and industry partners.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risk, and performance, delivering executive-grade briefings and decision papers while ensuring compliance with DoD processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline, or qualifying equivalent experience.
• Senior-level experience in DoD program management, acquisition support, or technical program execution.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, program lifecycle management, and government contracting environments.
• Experience supporting program schedules, financial management, risk assessments, and performance reporting.
• Ability to develop executive-level briefings, technical correspondence, and decision-support documentation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex assignments and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level program management and advisory support to USAF acquisition and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate program activities, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and strategic priorities.
• Support acquisition planning, program execution, requirements management, and performance assessments.
• Develop executive briefings, decision memoranda, correspondence, and program management documentation.
• Facilitate coordination across government program offices, engineering teams, acquisition organizations, and industry partners.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions and mitigation strategies.
• Support financial planning, resource allocation, budget execution, and program reporting.
• Coordinate technical and management reviews, working groups, and leadership engagements.
• Evaluate contractor deliverables, program documentation, and execution progress against established requirements.
• Provide recommendations to senior government leadership concerning program priorities, operational challenges, and modernization readiness.
