Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC (ACLC) seeks an exceptionally experienced Program Manager to provide leadership, operational oversight, and contract management for a diverse team supporting the U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) HQ.

The role is on-site and requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility to coordinate with government leadership and embedded specialists. The selected candidate will manage cross-functional teams across G1, G2, G4, and Public Affairs, ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, logistics, national security, or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive program management experience on large DoD/Army contracts.
• PMP certification from PMI is mandatory.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Experience in Army component command staff environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of contract personnel across multiple staff sections.
• Interface with CO, COR, and USARCENT staff to review deliverables and status.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of candidates with active clearances.
• Manage program budgets, labor-hour tracking, invoicing, and subcontract allocations.
• Establish and enforce security protocols and OPSEC.
