Job summary

MKS2 Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Training Program & Business Management Lead for an anticipated DoD program, supporting enterprise training operations and business management. You will serve as the senior contractor leader integrating a multidisc team across acquisition lifecycle support, analytics and executive-level planning.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program/Project Management, Education/Training, Systems Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of federal/DoD program or project management experience.
• At least 5 years leading multidisciplinary professional-services teams or PMOs.
• Experience managing a federal services contract/task order or major program with approximately 15 or more personnel.
• Experience managing staffing, contract deliverables, quality control, transition and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, management, supervision and integration of contract personnel and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary contractor interface with Government program leadership, COR, Contracting Officer and other stakeholders.
• Lead program, project and portfolio management supporting ~125 training-related projects annually.
• Oversee project management plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation and risk registers.
• Apply PMI, Agile, ADDIE, Earned Schedule Management and Critical Path Method principles as appropriate.
• Direct program performance measurement, executive dashboards, status reviews and leadership briefings.
