Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Program Manager to serve as the sole accountable lead for ARSOF training support, stationed around Camp Mackall and Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires a Secret clearance and a bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent, with extensive Special Forces and DoD program management experience.

You will plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise contractor manpower and team activities, act as main Government COR/COTR contact, and ensure uninterrupted

Qualifications

• Special Forces background with 15+ years in program management roles.
• Minimum 5 years managing a contractor workforce on a DoD contract of similar size/scope.
• At least 5 years in exercise planning and logistical support within Special Forces (USAJFKSWCS preferred).
• Must have been a program manager within the last five years.
• US citizenship required; read/write/speak English.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts, contractor manpower, and team activities.
• Serve as the main point of contact to the Government COR and COTR with full decision-making authority.
• Provide program administration, program control, and technical supervision of personnel.
• Be available during normal business hours and other times as required.
