Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) seeks a Program Manager to lead a DoD program on-site in Huntsville. This full-time role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a BA/BS, and 12+ years of leadership experience to manage cost, schedule, and performance.

The position entails directing communications, risk oversight, audits, and program control documentation to ensure compliance and success for our DoD customer. Salary ranges from $135,000 to $175,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 12+ years in management or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervisory and leadership oversight for the task order.
• Manages all aspects of the program to meet contract cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Directs and manages internal and external communications.
• Leads, manages, and executes task order activities in alignment with the program management plan.
• Oversees technical, cost, and schedule performance, including identifying and managing associated risks.
• Reports risks and performance updates at facility-level risk review boards.
• Prepares for and participates in mandated audits, including Inspector General, IT security, cybersecurity, physical security, environmental, health and safety, and property audits.
• Provides program control documentation, oversight, and quality control for a DoD customer.
