Job summary

Integral is seeking a Team Manager to oversee RMF lifecycle management for AMC's eMASS JWICS portfolio and related logistics. You will serve as the primary government liaison, directing staffing, schedules, budgets, and risk management to ensure success of the contract.

You will provide high-level program management, budgeting, and trade-off analyses, while coordinating with government personnel and contractor teams to meet PWS requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 8+ years of progressive experience in managing complex IT DoD programs, including budget oversight and staff management.
• Experience managing programs of similar size, scope and complexity for DoD with subcontractor coordination.
• Masters of technical skills in eMASS, vulnerability scanning tools, and security compliance within secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive lifecycle management for RMF for the AMC eMASS JWICS portfolio and related logistics support.
• Lead program oversight as the contract’s single accountable point and liaison to the government.
• Develop and execute a Program Management Plan covering scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Direct contractor staffing and resources to meet PWS requirements and ensure deliverables.
• Manage program financial performance, risks, and issue resolution with corrective actions.
• Support capture and business development activities for follow-on opportunities.
