US Federal Solutions (USFS) in Falls Church, VA seeks a Program Manager III to support Navy Medicine Strategy Management Office. Lead complex DoD programs, coordinate with senior Navy stakeholders, and manage contracts and deliverables with a focus on quality and schedule.

The role requires PMP, DoD program experience, and an active Secret clearance, with primary onsite work at BUMED Headquarters and occasional interagency coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with 15+ years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience supporting DoD customers or DoD-related programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating across multiple organizations.
• Strong program-planning, scheduling, risk management, and executive-level reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced DoD environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and execution of a complex DoD program.
• Coordinate activities across multiple BUMED directorates and Navy entities.
• Serve as primary interface with Government COR and provide status updates.
• Develop and maintain Program Management and Quality Control plans and schedules.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and operational readiness across workstreams.
• Ensure deliverables meet Government expectations and contractual requirements.
