Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a professional support services contract for DoD programs. You will act as the primary interface with Government program authorities and oversee schedule, budget, and performance across multiple technical areas.

The role requires 15+ years in program management, DAWIA III or PMP preferred, and proven DoD contract experience including Navy programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in program/project management.
• DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management or PMP preferred.
• Experience managing DoD professional support services contracts of similar scope.
• Significant Navy program/operations experience preferred.
• Experience briefing Flag/SES/Senior government officials.
• Proficiency with Navy enterprise tools (NERP, IRAPS, SharePoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and direct technical approaches for multiple programs.
• Define resources, milestones, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare required DoD, DoN, PEO and stakeholder reports.
• Attend working group meetings and IPT reviews.
• Oversee contractor execution across contract management and cost estimation.
• Coordinate monthly status reporting on performance, schedule and staffing.
