Job summary

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) in Falls Church, VA, seeks a Program Manager to provide Business Management Support Services to the Defense Health Agency and the Armed Services Blood Program Division. The role requires direct engagement with DoD military and civilian stakeholders and senior leadership to organize, direct, and review complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level Government and contractor personnel.
• Experience developing strategic planning documents, mission and vision statements, and measurable performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, manage, and review technical aspects of deliverables across complex, inter-related projects.
• Maintain lines of communication across the client interface, including senior levels of the client’s organization and partners.
• Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate, coordinate, and review task plans and deliverable items.
• Provide guidance in building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes.
• Support capital outlay planning efforts and prioritize initiatives to align with strategic goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports, briefings, and required documentation per contract requirements.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies, procedures, and performance standards.
