Job summary

The Red Gate Group seeks a Senior Program Manager to serve as the senior contractor interface to the government program office and the Contracting Officer's Representative for a DoD intelligence customer. You will plan, organize, and control delivery across all projects, owning schedules, staffing, and contractual items.

Beyond delivery, this is an advisory role. You will evaluate complex requirements, provide guidance to government leadership, and coordinate enterprise-wide integration with

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management or senior IT advisory experience, including recent work within last 2 years.
• Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination as stated (see education).
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control program delivery across all assigned projects, owning schedules, staffing, and contract items.
• Serve as the senior contractor interface to government program office and the COR; provide guidance and decisive resolutions to leadership.
• Perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interface with stakeholders across functional systems.
