Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the DAF Battle Network initiatives at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. You will drive the roadmap for incremental delivery and coordinate with program offices to align schedules and budgets.

You will act as the primary liaison to HQ Air Force and Space Force, translating requirements into actionable plans and ensuring compliance with DoD 5000-series processes. A Top Secret clearance and PMP familiarity strengthen candidacy.

Qualifications

Ten years of program management experience in a DoD environment.
Active Top Secret security clearance required.
PMP certification preferred.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Develop the roadmap for incremental delivery of the DAF BATTLE NETWORK.
Coordinate with program offices to plan increments and track progress.
Serve as primary interface to program offices and HQ Air Force/Space Force for planning, budgeting and execution.
Support program management tasks including scheduling, contract actions, risk management, and test support.
