Applied Research Solutions (ARS) is seeking Journeyman level Program Manager to support Air Force initiatives at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. You will work with DoD stakeholders to manage cost, schedule, and performance across complex acquisition programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with DoD program management experience.
• 10+ years of DoD program management experience.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support cost and schedule reduction activities for acquisition and development.
• Provide support and solutions to program leadership to facilitate contract execution.
• Develop program status briefings and schedules for senior management.
• Prepare RFP inputs including systems specs, SRDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
• Review acquisition documents for DoD policy and consistency.
• Develop acquisition reports per DoDI 5000.02 and related guidance.
• Provide non-technical acquisition program management guidance per DoD directives.
