Job summary

Nationwide IT Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Program/Project III to provide overall Agile program management for a DoW development, sustainment, cybersecurity compliance, and modernization of a public-facing website and CMS.

This remote role reports as a direct employee and interfaces with Government stakeholders on a DoD RMF/STIG compliant program. The role requires at least 10 years of agile project leadership within DoN/Navy environments, the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience managing agile software development projects within NIWC or DON environments for public-facing, secure webs.
• Experience managing projects subject to DoD RMF and STIG compliance.
• Located in the United States; work cannot be performed outside the US.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile software development program management across sustainment, enhancements, cybersecurity, and modernization efforts.
• Facilitate bi-weekly planning sessions with Government representatives.
• Maintain Government-accessible backlog with priorities, milestones, and deployment dates.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate program and technical risks; report risk status to Government.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, developers, cybersecurity personnel, and other team members to stay aligned.
• Oversee schedules, milestones, dependencies, change-management, releases, and overall delivery.
• Prepare and deliver required PM artifacts, including CDRLs and backlog deliverables.
• Provide oversight for projects under DoD RMF and STIG compliance.
• Support Government reviews, release planning, issue escalation, and reporting.
• Promote Agile execution with visibility into cost, schedule, and performance.
