GTMR, Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Sr. Project Management & Governance Specialist to provide expert guidance on compartmentalized and non-kinetic Army activities, coordinating with DoD staff to align with ACP objectives and MDO tenets.

You will develop strategies, prepare briefings and policy documents, track congressional actions, and support DAMO-SO initiatives. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, 15+ years DoD experience, and travel as needed.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of US DoD experience, including managing compartmentalized and sensitive activities.
• 4+ years HQDA-level program management.
• Ability to travel in support of DAMO-SOW requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert guidance on compartmentalized, sensitive, and non-kinetic activities to inform DAMO-SO leadership.
• Deliver strategic and operational recommendations for integrating these activities into Army Campaign Plan (ACP) objectives and Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) tenets.
• Conduct operational analysis and provide expert input on Army strategies, policies, and resource allocation.
• Research inquiries from Congress and other higher authorities and draft responses on sensitive activities.
• Prepare briefings, decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, and EXORDs to support DAMO-SO initiatives.
• Track and manage Congressional actions/tasks in relevant Army systems (e.g., ETMS2, CATMS).
