Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a highly skilled Program/Project Manager to support enterprise-level program office operations and major DoD acquisition initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Program/Project Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
• PMP certification required; or 10 years of demonstrated program and/or project management experience.
• 5 years of demonstrated program and/or project management experience including planning, scheduling, and deliverable review.
• 5 years of experience using Agile frameworks (user stories, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog management).
• 5 years of DoD experience and DoD software development project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for program office management and lifecycle activities.
• Deliver advisory services on management, operations, and control of existing programs and new initiatives.
• Support major acquisition programs, including BCAC, Software Acquisition Pathway, and ACAT programs.
• Apply structured program management methods tailored to acquisition and software development.
• Support governance processes via planning, scheduling, briefing development, meetings, and documentation.
• Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
