Job summary

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to design, deploy, and sustain secure communications and transport solutions across DoD networks and cloud environments. This role involves field deployments, configuration, and ongoing performance monitoring to ensure robust security and reliability.

You will apply DoD IA policies, maintain engineering tools and documentation, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders on network upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field is required.
• IAT Level III is required.
• OS Certification is required.
• CompTIA Security+ is required.
• CCNA is required; CCNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement field networking solutions to connect secure facilities and cloud environments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment; monitor performance.
• Maintain network documentation and create tutorials.
• Ensure security compliance with IA policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on upgrades.
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff.
• Develop and maintain network engineering standards.
