Job summary

Latitudeinc seeks a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee DoD network modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT initiatives in support of DoD customers. The role requires managing multi‑million‑dollar programs and coordinating cross‑functional teams under strict regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have DoD acquisition experience, strong network architecture knowledge, and the ability to provide executive‑level reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD acquisition processes and cross‑functional teams.
• Background in network architecture and cybersecurity compliance.
• Active Secret clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large DoD network programs from initiation through closeout.
• Oversee network modernization, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Interface with government customers, KO, and COR.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF).
• Develop IMS and program budgets.
• Manage subcontractor performance and contractual obligations.
• Conduct risk management planning and mitigation.
• Provide executive reporting, including EVM metrics if applicable.
• Support proposal development and recompete efforts.
