Job summary

T2S Solutions is seeking a Specialist Engineering Management SME4 to design, configure, integrate, test, and maintain secure network solutions supporting U.S. Army and DoD missions.

You will work with CSfC, VPNs, firewalls, and virtualization to deliver robust architectures. Ideal candidates have extensive enterprise networking and security experience, Windows and Linux administration, and the ability to document architectures, configurations, and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5 to 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise networking, information technology, network engineering, or cybersecurity.
• Expert knowledge of network architecture, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN technologies, wireless networking, network segmentation, and IDS/IPS.
• Practical experience with Windows, RHEL, VMware, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, integrate, and maintain secure network architectures supporting CSfC and DoD requirements.
• Translate customer mission, security, performance, and operational requirements into executable network designs and technical solutions.
• Configure, administer, secure, and maintain firewalls, VPN gateways, routers, switches, wireless controllers, IDS/IPS from multiple vendors.
• Develop and maintain Bash and PowerShell scripts to automate configuration, administration, security monitoring, testing, and reporting.
• Configure centralized logging, alerting, dashboards, and event correlation in a SIEM environment.
• Coordinate with Government customers, cybersecurity personnel, system administrators, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits, testing, and training.
