Job summary

Mi Technical Solutions in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Senior Security Analyst to lead security policy development for the SCORE program supporting Navy regional centers. You will oversee information security, personnel security, and related programs to protect DoD assets.

You will analyze security policies, manage access controls, and coordinate with DoD/DoN requirements while reporting to leadership. A strong background in DoD security and MS Office is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience, or an Associate with 15+ years in security.
• U.S. government security experience required.
• Knowledge of Navy Regional Maintenance organization and codes.
• Experience with DoD security pillars: Information, Personnel, Physical, Antiterrorism & Force Protection, Industrial, OPSEC, Insider Threat, Security Education & Training.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Protect classified national security information from theft, loss, misuse, or espionage.
• Advise on regulations for handling classified materials and data.
• Support security operations, data analysis, and policy interpretation for DoD/DoN requirements.
• Conduct Security Records Management and Knowledge Management tasks.
• Manage Trusted Workforce Enrollment, Visit Access Requests, and Personnel Clearance systems.
• Participate in Security Community of Practice and organizational security initiatives.
• Support development and implementation of enterprise security policies and training.
