Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Medical Product Program Manager / Team Lead to oversee acquisition and program management for medical products. The role is onsite in Fort Detrick, MD and requires U.S. Citizenship with Secret clearance eligibility.

You will lead WRPBH staff, coordinate IPTs, develop program management products, and communicate risks to leadership. A strong background in defense acquisition and medical product programs is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior DoD acquisition/program management experience.
• Medical product development exposure.
• Knowledge of DoDI 5000 and PPBE processes.
• Experience with risk and schedule management in complex programs.
• Experience delivering executive briefings and acquisition documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead WRPBH product management staff and day-to-day acquisition support.
• Lead/participate in IPTs, Working Groups, IPRs, MDRs, testing, site visits, schedules, risks, taskers, and acquisition documentation.
• Develop and maintain acquisition/program management products.
• Coordinate team resources and communicate program risks/issues to leadership.
• Perform in classified spaces and support classified briefings as required.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior DoD Medical Product Program Manager / Team Lead. This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Lead WRPBH product management staff and day-to-day acquisition support.
• Lead/participate in IPTs, Working Groups, IPRs, MDRs, testing, site visits, schedules, risks, taskers, and acquisition documentation.
• Develop and maintain acquisition/program management products.
• Coordinate team resources and communicate program risks/issues to leadership.
• Perform in classified spaces and support classified briefings as required.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Senior DoD acquisition/program management.
• Medical product development.
• DoDI 5000.
• PPBE.
• Risk/schedule management.
• Executive briefings and acquisition documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Tier 3 investigation and Secret clearance eligibility.
• Defense Acquisition Systems knowledge.
• Ability to independently lead complex medical acquisition efforts.
• Travel: Up to 20%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current WRPBH incumbent Team Lead/Product Manager.
• Active/current Secret eligibility.
• DHA/PAE MP experience.
• FDA-regulated medical product experience.
• DAWIA/PMP or equivalent acquisition/program management credential.
