Job summary

Paragon Technology Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager to serve as Ascension's government liaison for contract performance, technical issues, staffing, risks, and corrective actions.

You will lead execution across Task Areas 1 through 5 and oversee the Contract Management Plan development and briefings. The role requires a Master’s degree with 12+ years of federal program experience and PMP certification, with strong DoD/DON governance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of program or project management experience.
• Federal contract leadership and complex project oversight are expected.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government's single point of contact for contract performance, technical issues, staffing, risks, concerns, and corrective actions.
• Lead execution across Task Area 1 and provide oversight across Task Areas 2 through 5.
• Develop, maintain, and brief the Contract Management Plan as the foundation for planning.
• Schedule, prepare, and facilitate the contract kickoff meeting within required timelines.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation.
• Conduct monthly reviews with the Government Lead to discuss progress, issues, and recovery actions.
• Lead quarterly Contract Management Reviews with the COR and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Monitor performance standards and submit monthly Contract Status Reports.
• Manage quality assurance processes and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria with minimal rework.
• Oversee version control, records management, and government-approved repository use.
• Coordinate with task area leads supporting IT portfolio management, governance, and financial management.
• Identify contract performance risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee staffing readiness and onboarding activities.
• Ensure key personnel and staffing commitments are met, including onboarding in the PWS.
• Prepare executive-level briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support compliance with DoD, DON, MSC security, quality, and reporting requirements.
