Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. seeks an Information Security Specialist (Senior-Level) to join our Orlando team. You will lead RMF and security authorization for DoD systems, collaborate with government stakeholders and engineers, and drive cyber compliance across enterprise environments.

The role demands DoD-appropriate certifications, DoD clearance, and strong leadership in vulnerability management and risk analysis, with relocation available for non-remote work.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required for government work.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Eight years of cybersecurity or information security experience.
• IAT Level II certification or higher per DoD 8570/8140.
• Experience with RMF, vulnerability management, and compliance.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF implementation and security authorization for enterprise systems.
• Serve as SME for Government stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead vulnerability management activities and POAM management.
• Conduct assessments, compliance reviews, and risk analyses.
• Manage authorization packages and support ATO/IATT lifecycle.
• Oversee continuous monitoring and security initiatives.
• Review controls per DoD/Army/federal requirements.
• Produce cybersecurity reporting and executive status briefings.
• Integrate cybersecurity into COOP planning and operations.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership.
