Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Sr. HW/SW Installation Technician in Norfolk, VA to support the MSC ITESS contract. You will handle installation design, troubleshooting, and system integration for critical DoD missions, delivering IDP and As-Built packages to spec.

Responsibilities include PITCO, rollback planning, and thorough support of installation changes, de-installations, and upgrades in a dynamic environment with active DoD Secret clearance and required certifications.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
5+ years of relevant installation or integration experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; substitution of education for experience allowed.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver Installation Design Plan (IDP) and As-Built packages per MSC and ABS standards.
Provide technical troubleshooting and fault remediation for installation and CRQ implementation.
Support facility and system installations, modifications, and changes.
Install system elements, devices, and related facilities; activate or migrate components.
Support de-installation, deactivation, and technology upgrades/refreshes.
Follow Pre-Installation Test and Check-Out Procedures.
Provide PITCO procedures for systems under engineering activity.
Prepare Rollback Plans for LRIP system baselines if needed.
