Job summary

Credence has an immediate opening for an Acquisition Management Specialist to support the Army PM PNT SETA program at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role directs lifecycle development, fielding, and sustainment of advanced PNT platforms, with focus on cyber, EW, and intelligence architecture alignment.

Applicants must hold a TS/SCI clearance and demonstrate DoD acquisition expertise, MS Office proficiency, and strong program-management skills.

Qualifications

• Requires active TS/SCI clearance and experience with DoD acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or Master’s with 8+ years in DoD programs.
• Back-to-Basics PM Certification preferred; knowledge of AR 70-1 and DoD directives.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML pipelines and RF software architectures.

Responsibilities

• Strategically align and govern EW/ISR programs using the Defense Acquisition System.
• Apply acquisition processes and the Software Acquisition Pathway (SWP).
• Synchronize program activities with ASA(ALT) mandates and PM PNT policies.
• Develop, review, and advise on program objectives, schedules, budgets, and docs.
• Prepare for and attend IPTs, reviews, and milestone sessions; document proceedings.
• Maintain program-level documentation per law and policy (10 USC, DFAS, AR 70-1).
• Prepare Acquisition Strategy Reports, APBs, and ADMs for MDRs.
• Identify changes to policies to meet new DoD requirements.
• Provide updates and schedule estimates at IPTs and working groups.
• Plan and prepare reports, meeting records, and minutes for PM PNT events.
