Job summary

OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Contract Specialist to support a federal customer. You will bring deep expertise in government contracting and contract management to our team, driving compliant documentation through pre-award, award, and post-award phases.

Responsibilities include coordinating with government and contractor teams on strategies and actions, reviewing change orders, and analyzing evaluations and IGCEs. A Secret clearance is required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contracting/acquisition experience.
• DoD contracting experience with FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Ability to prepare and review complex contracting documentation and support negotiations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare compliant pre-award, award, and post-award documentation per FAR/DFARS and directives.
• Coordinate with Government and contractor teams on strategies, proposals, schedules, and actions.
• Review change-order proposals and coordinate evaluations with technical and information-system teams.
• Analyze technical evaluations, cost/price analyses, and IGCEs as appropriate.
• Develop recommended Government negotiation positions and support packages and memoranda.
