Job summary

Apogee Engineering seeks a Senior Equipment Specialist to support Configuration Management and Logistics for the NC3 program. This full-time on-site role is based at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA, with duties spanning policy implementation, technical data management, and TRB/CCB support.

You will analyze maintenance data, manage drawings, and coordinate with field and depot teams. Required are a BA/BS and active Secret Clearance, plus 7–10 years in DoD/DoW contexts; advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• DoD configuration management knowledge and documentation experience.
• Experience with DoD maintenance data and logistics support.
• Active Secret Clearance required; DoD/DoW environment experience.
• BA/BS degree; 7–10 years of relevant DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance policy implementation and configuration control for NC3 systems.
• Review and recommend changes to system specifications for format and compliance.
• Maintain, distribute, and manage drawing packages and revisions.
• Provide technical analysis of field, depot, and modification program issues.
• Participate in TCTOs, audits (FCA, PCA), and compliance assessments.
• Prepare Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and support CCBs and TRBs.
• Track and manage deficiency reports and related configuration documentation.
• Analyze maintenance data and forecast spares through R&M programs and DMSMS tracking.
• Perform vendor research for obsolete parts and assemble technical data packages.
