Job summary

Camgian is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead strategy, customer engagement, and growth across multi-domain mission areas supported by Camgian’s Reactor software platform. This customer-facing role partners with SMEs, technical staff, and product teams to shape and deliver differentiated C2 solutions for the warfighter.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Army, Joint, Space, and DoD C2 systems (IBC S, JADC2, C2BMC, GDA) and holds an active U.S. SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture aligned to mission requirements across Army, Joint, Space, and DoD customers
• Own technical and strategic solution development for multi-year, multimillion-dollar pursuits
• Engage senior DoW, DoD, and government stakeholders to shape mission-focused, value-driven technology solutions
• Provide senior-level customer support during engagements, demonstrations, and proposal activities
• Serve as the primary customer-facing technical and strategic voice for Camgian’s solution strategy, engaging Army, Joint, Space, and partner customers throughout the capture and delivery lifecycle
• Serve as a technical and strategic bridge between Growth, Engineering, and Product organizations to ensure solution strategies are technically sound, deliverable, and aligned with customer mission needs
