RTI Consulting, LLC in Springfield, VA seeks a senior budget analyst to support the government’s financial management operations and budget execution. You will assist with program resource allocations, reviews, and coordination, and provide subject matter expertise on IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB, and the President's Budget exhibits.

Applicants should have DoD budgeting experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Python, and R to develop briefing materials

Qualificações

• 12 years of experience with degree (4 more years can substitute for degree)
• Demonstrated specialized DoD or government budget/finance process experience
• Experience with funds control, fund transfers, travel orders, and credit card purchases
• Understanding of PPBE processes and IPBS/CBJB and IPBR/CJB workflows
• Experience with DoD/IC programs and budgets

Responsabilidades

• Support internal CUSTOMER budget execution and program build activities and analysis
• Gather, maintain, review, and analyze program and budget data
• Develop and promulgate FM responsibilities in guidance packages
• Prepare IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB, and President's Budget exhibits and related materials
• Prepare materials for Congressional briefings and agency program responses
• Develop and present PowerPoint/white papers on KC Financial Management matters for senior leadership
• Assist in program and budget reviews and leadership briefings with ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congressional staff
