Quantech Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Budget Analyst to provide high‑level financial management support for SSC/SN and mission partners.

The role entails leading the budget and PPBE processes, overseeing staff, and delivering analyses across POM, PMR, and exhibits with minimal supervision. Requirements include a Master’s in a related field and extensive DoD financial management experience, including budget development and funds execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Statistics).
• 12+ years of directly applicable DoD Financial Management experience.
• 10+ years in space program support (AFSPC or SSC) is a plus.
• 5+ years with MS Office and relevant financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, brief, integrate and analyze PPBE/PO M within the DoD portfolio.
• Support development of POM, Budget Exhibit Preparation and PMR processes.
• Perform acquisition financial execution and funds management support.
• Review program documents for compliance with statutes and policies.
