Job summary

Diaconia is seeking a talented Acquisition Manager, Senior to join our Amazing team. This full-time role requires in-depth knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and the ability to lead complex program analyses and documentation.

The Senior Acquisition Manager will support major reviews, develop program metrics, and coordinate with USG agencies while ensuring compliance and timely delivery. Occasional travel and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required with ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Ability to work with DoD and AF program analyses and JCIDS processes.
• Experience writing acquisition documentation and staff briefings.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition events such as SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and other reviews.
• Develop and analyze program metrics and maintain databases.
• Track technical metrics and report status.
• Translate user requirements into RFP documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist with cost, schedule, and performance aspects of programs.
• Coordinate with external agencies to accomplish assigned tasks.
