Job summary

Gemini Industries Inc. seeks an Acquisition Program Manager to lead National Security programs at Fort Washington, MD. This onsite role requires TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in DoD program management and systems acquisition.

The successful candidate will draft acquisition plans, manage risk, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are met under strict government standards. Fifteen years of experience and a PMP/DAWIA equivalent are highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of work-related experience.
• At least ten (10) years in DoD acquisition program management.
• Expert in DoD systems and non-systems program management requirements.
• Experience developing DoD acquisition documentation and milestone planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise with DoD systems and full life cycle program management including acquisition strategy, requirements, and risk management.
• Draft and coordinate acquisition plans, requirements approvals, and other program documents; brief milestones to leadership.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver program execution briefings and contract reviews; manage project documentation and risk mitigation.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute regular Sprint/Project Reviews and monitor progress and performance.

Education

MS/MA or BA/BS with 8 years of work experience (4 related)
