Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Specialist to support the AFLCMC/EBD at Eglin AFB, FL. The role encompasses DoD planning, programming, and budgeting for USAF weapon acquisitions, including program plans, risk management, and contract documentation.

You will work with program/financial managers to forecast funds, prepare briefings, and assist with RFP drafts, cost analyses, and source selection simulations, strengthening defense acquisition effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US Citizen required.
• Clearance: Secret clearance.
• Education/experience: multiple paths listed: assoc, bach, or master with corresponding years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program plans, risk management, and streamlined processes.
• Monitor contract documents and track deliverables and responses.
• Assist with draft RFPs, systems specs, SRDs, SOOs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
• Provide guidance on source selection simulations, cost-benefit analyses, mock proposals, RFI responses, and training.
