Job summary

COLSA Corporation is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Specialist at Eglin AFB, FL to support DoD planning, programming, and budgeting activities for USAF weapon systems. The role collaborates with program and financial managers to analyze cost, schedules, and performance throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining IMP/IMS, preparing briefings, supporting source selection simulations, and assisting with RFP development and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 10 years of relevant experience; or an Associate degree with 15 years.
• U.S. Citizenship and a current/active SECRET security clearance.
• Experience with DoD planning, programming and budgeting processes and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with DoD planning, programming and budgeting processes for USAF weapon systems.
• Prepare briefings and develop program schedules and plans.
• Develop and manage program COAs for streamlined operations and processes.
• Support and execute risk management processes.
• Prepare and coordinate responses to information requests from external organizations.
• Perform economic, budget and financial analyses, including obligations and expenditure forecasting.
