Job summary

COLSA Corporation seeks a qualified professional with strong DoD acquisition process understanding and analytical capabilities. You will assist in gathering and evaluating information for USG requirements, drafting documentation, and supporting cost, schedule, and performance analyses across multiple program reviews.

Responsibilities include data management, metric development, IMS and CDRL activities, and cross‑enterprise coordination to enable informed strategy decisions for DoD programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, three (3) of which must be in the DoD
• HS Diploma, and fifteen (15) years of directly related experience, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams), & Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

• Support key acquisition events and reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, TCM, FCA, PCA, PRR, and others) as applicable
• Assist with establishing and maintaining databases and in developing/analyzing program metrics
• Assist with tracking technical metrics and reporting status
• Assist with planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program activity and policy proposals to USG
• Assist in translating user requirements into RFP documentation for the directorate
• Promote Modeling, Simulation & Analysis throughout the acquisition lifecycle
• Assist in integration of intelligence information to ensure cross-enterprise capabilities
• Provide support for program cost, schedule, and performance including DIDs, CDRLs, data calls, and reviews
