Job summary

Nemean Solutions LLC seeks an Acquisition Logistician Specialist III to support DoD acquisition logistics and audit readiness for programs under PEO LS. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing lifecycle support, with focus on GCSS-MC processes and GFP management.

You will prepare documentation, manage KSDs, provide training materials, and support financial accountability audits. Travel is minimal; exposure to DoD policies and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD acquisition logistics, military equipment accountability, or audit-readiness activities.
• Working knowledge of GCSS-MC as the USMC Accountable Property System of Record.
• Experience processing GCSS-MC transactions or service requests involving equipment establishment, parent-child configuration, fielding, transfer, and Government Furnished Property.
• Experience obtaining, reviewing, and maintaining Key Supporting Documents, including DD Form 250 and DD Form 1348.
• Knowledge of military equipment inventory, valuation, configuration management, and financial accountability requirements.
• Experience supporting FIAR activities, financial accountability audits, or property-management inspections.
• Experience preparing reports, briefs, memorandums, and supporting documentation for program managers or senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for logistics meetings and logistics documentation.
• Identifies, develops, evaluates and delivers training plans, materials and schedules associated with program office projects.
• Develops, monitors and updates supply chain management and systems spares programs.
• Supports the requirements mandated by the DoD for all programs covered by the PEO LS.
• Obtains and maintains the Key Support Documents (KSDs) received during acceptance of Military Equipment.
• Executes service requests for establishment of new ME using GCSS-MC.
• Processes GCSS-MC transactions to complete parent-child configurations of assets for fielding.
• Processes GCSS-MC service requests to support fielding and transfer of ME to receivers.
• Provides reports of ME accepted by the Government by serial number with unit costs.
• Analyzes and reports annual preventative maintenance costs for ME.
• Tracks and manages Government Furnished Property (GFP) across contracts via GCSS-MC requests.
• Assists in providing documentation for FIAR audits and inspections.
• Researches and reports USMC ME inventory and develops certifications for MEV workbook.
• Prepares briefs and memorandums for FIAR reporting.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
