Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent) required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with cross-functional project implementations.
• Direct experience implementing, configuring, or integrating DocuSign (eSignature, CLM, or APIs).
• DocuSign Administrator or Implementation accreditation preferred.
• Strong project management, requirements gathering, and implementation skills.
• Understanding of data classifications, IT security, data privacy and compliance.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex DT projects centered on DocuSign enhancements and workflow automation.
• Own DocuSign platform integration and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure high availability and business continuity for DocuSign applications.
• Support DocuSign operations with key business partners and drive process improvements.
• Guide cross-functional teams and manage adoption, governance, and compliance.
