Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal or equivalent legal support experience.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent education or experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document or matter management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level paralegal support for assigned legal matters under attorney direction.
• Assist attorneys by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts and/or other legal documents.
• Manage trackers and deadlines, to support timely and accurate legal work.
• Coordinate information and document collection for legal or business matters.
• Support legal processes such as contract administration, compliance activities, and claims as applicable.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and third parties as needed.
• Maintain legal files and systems in accordance with company policies and record‑retention requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of legal processes, tools, and documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Legal Department.
