Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Git, TS, React, Next.js, CI/CD, MDX and markup languages.
• Experience with MongoDB or strong track record with other databases.
• Has worked on complex, in-production web applications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and enhancement of the Documentation Platform.
• Explore ways to improve documentation accessibility and user engagement.
• Develop features that enhance user experience for documentation consumers and contributors.
• Collaborate on small‑to‑medium scoped features and platform improvements with partner teams.
• Analyze user behavior and platform performance to identify gaps and improve effectiveness.
• Identify and implement improvements for reliability and maintainability for engineers and contributors.
